Centrally located for shopping, helpful staff, clean rooms, convenient transportation options, good breakfast

Nothing for me.

The staff attitude made me feel warm as staying at home

The facilities of hotel were rather bad, Room service worked from 7am till 8pm only, it does not match with guests who have late arrival and have nothing to eat like me. There was only one small restaurant in the hotel and its menu was so poor. Safety box did not work properly.Elevator was very slow

Location is near the major shopping areas. Minibar prices very reasonable.

Free shuttle to the shopping area is not available after noon. Toiletries are minimal. No drinking water provided for standard room.

The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore Bangkok. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with crisp white linens that ensured a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the little extras in the room, which showed attention to detail. The breakfast served was simple but satisfying, providing a good start to the day.

the staff attitude towards the customers is not very pleasant as they do not give proper communication among the staffs

The hotel offers a convenient location to explore the city with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. the staff is friendly and offers great service, making our stay comfortable. the rooms are clean and well-maintained with good amenities provided.

The breakfast service could be improved, as there were long waiting times and a limited selection of food available. the sound insulation in the rooms was not great and we could hear noises from the hallway.

The level of friendliness of hotel staff was exceptional!! Kudos to those at the reception and bell services.

MyHotel Pratunam could use some better shower heads in the bathroom. The water pressure in the bathroom needs some rectification. (Water pressure keeps fluctuating)

No bathtub although in the information during booking bathtub was mentioned...

The hotel had a good tour agent with reasonable prices. The nearby market offered a good variety of food. The hotel is ideally situated near easy transport links.

The bathroom was very unpleasant due to the poor plumbing, and the housekeeping staff were not very good at cleaning. The breakfast staff were not very good at English and twice served up cold and undercooked food.

receptions were nice

conceirge was lied to me about the city tour. after finishing the city tour, i want to complain to him, the conceirge staff who cheat me but he did not go to work even 2 days i had tried to find him.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were very noisy, due to thin walls. Breakfast for Europeans was extremely limited ( mainly toast and marmelade) with tea, coffe and juice. For Asians, it was a much better choice.

I loved staying at this hotel. It was so convenient to be so close to the shopping center and market. The fact it was just a short walk away from the train station was also such a great benefit. The hotel facilities were outstanding and very well-maintained. Hotel staff were always friendly and happy to help with anything I needed, and the cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is located near to Platimun mall, free Tuk-tuk to the entrance of the street helps a lot.

The double bed room with no window was very stuffy, might consider deluxe double bed room.

Good room for the price. I selected the Deluxe Double or Twin Room an it was worth. Quiet room with two windows.

It's a little far from a main road and from the turistic attractions, but since the taxi is cheap is not so bad.
